RESUMEN

Esta investigación se realizó haciendo un análisis de las nuevas tendencias que incorporan la actividad del gerente como un aspecto primordial en la sobrevivencia de las organizaciones y la importancia de tener gerentes profesionales, pero no basta esto, sino que el crecimiento y la marcha exitosa de la organización depende de la toma de decisiones del gerente.A través de la observación de la realidad empresarialen la ciudad de Lima Perú, esta investigación ha podido conocer la capacidad que tienen los gerentes emprendedores que con sus acciones, personalidad, tomandecisiones que avalan la política empresarial y conducen al éxito empresarial. Los resultados permiten afirmar que a los gerentes les existen razones para la  toma de decisiones en la realización de la inversión privada,  ya sea por exigencias propias de la marcha empresarial y que, los gerentes poseen características innatas de posición de control y tolerancia ante el riesgo que le van a facilitar invertir en actividades de la empresa.

También los resultados nos han permitido inferir que el conocimiento que tienen los gerentes acerca de la productividad, influye en los beneficios sociales de la empresa  y finalmente que un gerente conozca sobre el plan de negocios lo que va a contribuir para que impulse medidas de aprovechamiento de los recursos disponibles.

ABSTRAC

This research was carried out by an analysis of the new trends that incorporate the activity of the Manager as a primary aspect in the survival of organizations, the importance of having professional managers, but not sufficient, but that growth and the successful running of the Organization depends on decisions of the Manager. Through the observation of the real business this research has been able to know capacity having entrepreneur’s managers who make decisions that support the business policy and lead to business success with their actions, personality. The results allow affirming that reasons for decision there are manager’s decisions in the conduct of private investment either by requirements of the business progress and those managers possesses innate characteristics of position control and tolerance to risk that you are to facilitate investing in activities of the company.

Also the results have allowed us to infer that the knowledge that managers about productivity influences social benefits in the company and finally a Manager to learn about the business plan which will contribute so that it drives measures of utilization of available resources.
